Afghan tribal leaders and district officials arrive at Camp Costell at the forward operating base of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force in Spin Boldak southern Afghanistan close to the Pakistan border on October 5, 2009, for a dialogue with US military commander Lieutenant Colonel William Clark head of the US Army's, 5th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division.
