Mexican Army soldiers frisk three suspects in the site where two people were murdered in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, on October 6, 2009. Six people were killed in the last hour in Ciudad Juarez. Mexican President Felipe Calderon has acknowledged the country's drug war is bloodier and tougher than he thought when he first took office in 2006, but vowed to eradicate the 'cancer' that is consuming Mexico and has ordered the deployment of an additional 5,000 military troops and 1,000 policemen to the drug-ravaged northern border with the United States.
