EU commissionair for competition Neelie Kroes (R) reads documents after arriving at the Dutch parliament on October 13, 2009 in The Hague for a public hearing about the investigation for the state aid for the Dutch bank concerns ABN AMRO/Fortis and ING. The Dutch government took over Fortis Bank Nederland in october 2008 and loaned the bank tens billions Euros. In december 2008 the state took over ABN Amro.
