FRANCE-JAPAN-AUCTION-DROUOT
A man shows a Japanese print by Toshusai Sharaku on auction during the sale of three collections of the 18th and 19th century Japanese prints on October 16, 2009 at Drouot auction house in Paris. The sale includes 145 prints by Sharaku, all published by Tsutaya Jusaburo, 33 prints by Kitagawa Utamaro along with works by Harunobu, Koryusai, Hokusai, Toyokuni I, Eishi, Kiyonaga, Hokkei and Eisen and Katsukawa.
