JAPAN-CARTOON-ANIMATION
Takayuki Matsutani, president of Japan's cartoon and animation production company Tezuka Productions, displays the "Weekly Astro Boy Magazine" on a handset in Tokyo on October 20, 2009. Japanese companies will start delivering Astro Boy and other comics by manga god Osamu Tezuka soon on mobile devices in the United States.
