Russian President Dmitry Medvedev (C) enters a meeting with businessmen at the Kremlin in Moscow on October 21, 2009. The Russian economy may expand as much as four percent in the fourth quarter as the country shows the first signs of recovery, a senior economic official was quoted as saying.
