FRANCE-CRIME-MURDER-DNA-VILLEMIN
View taken on October 22, 2009 shows the eastern village of Lepanges-sur-Vologne where a four year old child, Gregory Villemin, was murder 25 years ago. A day after Gregory's killing, a letter arrived at the home of his parents -- who had been receiving anonymous hate mail since 1981 -- claiming responsibility for the murder, and calling it "revenge". One of France's darkest crime mysteries could be set for a breakthrough thanks to DNA found on a poison-pen letter, prosecutor in the eastern city of Dijon Jean-Marie Beney said on October 22, 2009.
