US Vice President Joseph Biden (R) talks with the Chairman of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) Mirek Topolanek on October 23, 2009 at the US residence in Prague. The Czech Republic Friday said it was ready to take part in a new US missile defence plan, after visiting US Vice President Joe Biden also won backing from fellow NATO allies Poland and Romania.
