The fifth annual edition of the Michelin dining guide for New York has anointed a new three star restaurant, awarding its highest honor to French chef Daniel Boulud for his eatery ?Daniel?. Boulud joins two other Frenchmen with three star-rated New York restaurants, Jean-Georges Vongerichten for "Jean-Georges" and Eric Ripert for "Le Bernardin".
