In this November 3, 2009 courtroom drawing former Wall Street financier Bernard Madoff's accountant David Friehling(R) appears in Manhattan federal court in New York. Friehling,49, who faces up to 108 years in prison, pleaded guilty to securities fraud and other charges in connection with Madoff's Ponzi scheme. The government argued that Friehling would have had to have knowledge of wrong doing beacause he kept the books.
