Brazilian President Lula da Silva delivers his keynote speech at the London 'FT Investing in Brazil Summit' in central London, on November 5, 2009. Brazilian President Lula Inacio da Silva arrived in Britain Wednesday for a two-day visit to drum up investment and have an audience with Queen Elizabeth II. Lula will also meet Prime Minister Gordon Brown and receive an award from the prestigious Chatham House think-tank for making "the most significant contribution to the improvement of international relations" over the past year.
