Brazilian President Lula Inacio da Silva arrived in Britain Wednesday for a two-day visit to drum up investment and have an audience with Queen Elizabeth II. Lula will also met Prime Minister Gordon Brown and is expected to receive an award from the prestigious Chatham House think-tank for making "the most significant contribution to the improvement of international relations" over the past year.
