BRITAIN-POLITICS-EXPENSES
A giant duckhouse is floated past Britain's Houses of Parliament in central London, on November 5, 2009, during a demonstration campaining for the accountability of MP's to Parliament and a referendum on the voting system. The significance of the duckhouse follows British Conservative opposition MP Sir Peter Viggers' claim for 1,600 pounds (2,600 dollars, 1,800 euros) in parliamentary expenses for a duckhouse.
