(FILES) People walk on February 10, 2009 outside the New York Stock Exchange. Wall Street stocks posted marginal gains on November 10, 2009 after a massive rally a day earlier. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 16.55 points (0.16 percent) in opening trades to 10,243.49 after climbing 203.52 points or about two percent on Monday to its best closing level in more than a year.The Nasdaq composite added 5.87 points (0.27 percent) to 2,159.93 and the broad-market Standard & Poor's 500 index gained 1.95 points (0.18 percent) to 1,095.03.
