BELGIUM-MISSING-BOY-YOUNES
(FILES) An undated handout photo released on October 26, 2009 by Child Focus shows Younes Jratlou, 4, who has been missing since the evening of October 25 from his home in Bizet / Ploegsteert, in Comines - Warneton. The body of what appears to be a child was discovered on November 10, 2009 in the Belgian town of Comines, near the border with France, authorities said. Flemish-language channel VTM said Younes's body had been pulled from the Lys river, while the francophone channel RTL reported his corpse had been weighed down underneath the water, which would explain why the body had not been found earlier..
