BELGIUM-CHILD-DISAPPEARANCE-YOUNES-LOCK
The lock of Comines along the Lys river, at the Belgian-French border where the dead body of litle Younes Jratlou was found yesterday evening, is pictured on November 11, 2009. Four-year-old Younes went missing on the night of October 25 when he left the family home barefoot and lightly dressed, after an argument between his parents, according to the initial investigation by prosecutors.
