Bosnian Serb ex-general Dragomir Milosevic appears at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague on November 12, 2009 during his appeal against his 33-year jail term for terrorising civilians during the siege of Sarajevo. Milosevic was convicted in December 2007 for terrorising civilians during the 44-month siege of the Bosnian capital that ended in November 1995.
