NEW YORK - NOVEMBER 23: Hundreds of people wait to get into the food pantry at St. Augustine?s Church on November 23, 2009 in the Bronx borough of New York City. A new report released Monday by the New York City Coalition Against Hunger finds that the number of people using emergency food assistance in New York City has risen 20.9 percent over last year. At the St. Augustine food pantry, where over 400 bags of produce and canned goods are distributed every Monday, they are giving out twice as much food this year as last.
