Bayern Munich's Dutch head coach Louis van Gaal overseas a training session on November 24, 2009 in Munich, one day ahead of their Champions League group A football match against Maccabi Haifa FC. Bayern Munich team manager Uli Hoeness has given the German giants' under-fire coach Louis van Gaal a guarantee of job security - for now. Van Gaal took over as Bayern coach on July 1, but nearly five months into his tenure Munich are seventh in the Bundesliga, effectively out of the running for Champions League contention and struggling for form.
