NAMIBIA-VOTE
The blue, red and green flag of the ruling South West African People's Organization (SWAPO) flies over an informal settlement in Katatura outside Windhoek on November 25, 2009. Namibians vote on November 27 and 28 in general elections expected to see SWAPO return to power, despite a tough challenge from the Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP).
