HONG KONG-LIFESTYLE-GASTRONOMY-MACAU-FRANCE-MICHELIN
Yves Chapot, chairman of Michelin China, presents the 2010 edition of the Michelin Guide in Hong Kong on November 26, 2009. The new guide includes 205 Hong Kong restaurants and 38 in neighbouring Macau. Among the entries are 86 new restaurants. Nine received the two-star rating while 39 received one star, Michelin said.
