GERMANY-MEDIA-PRIZE-BAMBI-KOHL
Former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl (R) receiving the Bambi category "Millenium Bambi" from former German Finance Minister Theo Waigel, can be seen on a screen during the 61st edition of the Bambi media prize awards ceremony on November 26, 2009 in Potsdam, eastern Germany. Kohl's speech was broadcasted as a video message as he was unable to attend the awards ceremony for health reasons. The awards ceremony takes place every year under the patronage of German publisher Hubert Burda and awards nominees in the sectors of communication, entertainment and show business as well as economy, politics and sports.
