A high wave hits the entrance of the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer on March 12, 2008 as a new storm is expected to arrive on the coasts of the Channel with winds of up to 110 kilometres per hour. Seven European countries issued severe weather warnings on March 11, 2008 as the World Meteorological Organisation warned that storms that have so far battered Britain and France are set to continue.
