BELGIUM-GERMANY-USA-PAINTING-WWII-RETURN
Pierre Vasic, the son of the family owner of the painting "Portrait of a Young Girl in Blue Dress" of Belgian painter Antoine Anto Carte, is handed the painting back from US ambassador in Belgium Howard Gutman and Belgian Minister of Economy, Innovation, Administrative Simplification, ICT and Telecommunication Vincent Van Quickenborne (2nd L) on December 1, 2009, during a ceremony in a Jewish museum in Brussels.
