British man William Hawker, the father of a 22-year-old British teacher Lindsay Ann Hawker who was found killed in a Tokyo suburb in 2007, arrives at Gyotoku police station in Ichikawa City on December 9, 2009. Hawker arrived in Tokyo on December 9 and held talks with police. Japanese prosecutors on Decmber 2 brought charges against a man accused of raping and murdering the 22-year-old British teacher and dumping her body on the balcony of his apartment.
