US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stands next to Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes December 9, 2009 as he is presented his ACE Award for Corporate Excellence at the Department of State in Washington, D.C. TOMS shoes gives away one pair of shoes to the needy for every pair purchased and has given away over 140,000 pairs.
