The Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seen in Los Angeles, California, on December 12, 2009, where veteran French rocker Johnny Hallyday has been admitted after catching an infection following surgery for a slipped disc. Hallyday lay in an artificial coma after claims that he suffered a botched back operation in a Paris clinic favoured by celebrities.
