Russian industrial output grew 1.5 percent in November from the same month last year, official statistics showed, the first such rise since the global crisis savaged the economy from October 2008. Fuelling hopes Russia is finally recovering after the crisis pushed the economy into a major contraction in 2009, the statistics office said November industrial production also rose 2.0 percent from October.
