DENMARK COP15 MAYORS ON SAILING TRIP

World powers expressed mounting concern on Thursday that the UN climate summit was heading for failure and an agreement may have to wait until next year. The 12-day marathon aims at sealing a global agreement on tackling climate change, to be sealed by around 120 heads of state and government in Copenhagen on Friday.
