NEW YORK - DECEMBER 21: Danielle Chiesi, an executive at New Castle Funds LLC, exits court in Manhattan after pleading not guilty to federal charges that both she and Raj Rajaratnam, the billionaire Galleon Group LLC founder, used inside information to profit from stock trades on December 21, 2009 in New York, New York. Both Chiesi and Rajaratnam were indicted on Dec. 15 by federal authorities in the case which claims they used insider trading schemes dating to 2003 to generate more than $20 million in illegal profits.
