Forgotten behind high walls in Vienna, the Jewish cemetery is one of the most important in the 19th century in Central Europe, waiting desperately to de saved from dilapidation. After years of indifference from authorities, the Austrian government decided on December 22, 2009 for more financial support for cemeteries in the country that are in disastrous conditions and need renovation.
