COSTA RICA-VOLCANO-TURRIALBA
Dixi Aleman and her daughter Jennifer, remain in a shelter after being evacuated from an area near the Turrialba volcano on January 9, 2010, at Santa Cruz de Turrialba, a town located some 6 kilometers away from the volcano. The Turrialba, 40 kilometers east from San Jose, began spewing ashes last Tuesday. About 30 persons were evacuated and remain at a shelter next to Santa Cruz's church. AFP PHOTO / Mayela LOPEZ
