Leuven's king prosecutor Ivo Carmen gives a press conference on January 11, 2010 in Leuven, to announce that Ronny Janssen, 38, a Belgian teacher who had confessed to killing his two neighbors on January 2, also admitted to killing Annick Van Uytsel in 2007 and was charged for the third murder. The 18-year-old girl was killed in April 2007 and her body was found in the Albert canal a few days later.
