FRANCE-CINEMA-FILM-ROHMER
(FILES) - Photo taken on July 18, 2007 in Paris shows French film director Eric Rohmer who died on January 11, 2010 at the age of 89 years. In his most popular works, such as "Ma nuit Chez Maud", "L'Amour L'Apres-Midi" and "Pauline a la Plage", he displayed a lightness of touch and a delicious sense of irony, and although his films were almost devoid of action they were always absorbing and enthralling.
