An international donors' conference to raise funds for Haiti's reconstruction could be held in the neighbouring Dominican Republic, French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said today. "It's right next to Haiti and it would not be impossible (to hold it there), quite the contrary," Kouchner told lawmakers.
