Employees of French NGO serve food to children as migrants wait to be treated by doctors and aid staff in a gymnasium in Bonifacio on January 22, 2010. A boatload of 124 illegal migrants landed on a beach in Corsica on January 22, 2010. The migrants, including women and 38 children, were dropped off near the southern town of Bonifacio by a boat which then departed, officials said. The migrants were being taken to a gymnasium to be treated by doctors and aid staff. A French official said the migrants were believed to be from the Middle East or North Africa.
