GUINEA-ARMY-GOVERNMENT-POLITICS-ELECTION-DORE
TO GO WITH AFP STORY IN FRENCH BY CHRISTOPHE PARAYRE --- (FILES) A file photo taken on December 17, 2009 shows Guinean opposition leader and general-secretary of one of the main opposition parties, the Union for Guinean Progress (UPG), Jean-Marie Dore, speaking to journalists in Dakar. The six month transition period leading Guinea to its first free presidential election since its independence in 1958 started laboriously, with long and difficult negotiations to form a government. Guinea's transitional president general Sekouba Konate gave transitional Prime Minister Jean-Marie Dore on February 3, 2010 his "roadmap", calling for him to respect the election calendar which proposes presidential elections in June 2010.
