EL SALVADOR-BIRDS-FEATURE
A white heron (egretta alba) rests on a tree in the Suchitlan Lake, in Azacualpa, 93 km north of San Salvador, on February 6, 2010. The Suchitlan Lake, formed after the construction of the Cerron Grande reservoir in 1976, is one of the largest refuges for resident and migratory birds in Central America.
