Leaders from countries surrounding the Baltic Sea pledged urgent action to generate the "miracle" needed to save one of the world's most polluted seas at a summit in Helsinki.
Over-fished, polluted by agricultural nutrient discharge and uncared for, the Baltic Sea is so toxic Greenpeace says pregnant women should not eat its fish.
