BELGIUM-RAIL-ACCIDENT
Emergency services personnel prepare to treat injured people at an emergeny treatment centre set up at a sports hall after two commuter trains collided head-on on snow covered tracks stand in Halle near Brussels on Febuary 15,2010. The impact forced the two locomotives up into the air and left at least one carriage on its side. Doctors carried out amputations at the scene in the suburban town of Halle, a government official said.
