BELGIUM-EU-EUROGROUP
ECB president Jean Claude Trichet (L), Austrian Finance Minister Josef Proll (C) and Luxembourg Finance Minister Luc Frieden (R) chat on Febuary 15, 2010 prior to a Eurogroup meeting at the EU headquarters in Brussels. Eurozone finance ministers, meeting as the Eurogroup in Brussels today, are expected to back an exceptional measure to instill some budgetary discipline into debt-plagued Greece.
