The global multimedia company announces that the Tribunal de Commerce de Nanterre (Commercial Court of Nanterre) approved the Company's 'sauvegarde' restructuring plan in its ruling today. The Commercial Court's ruling brings an end to the "sauvegarde" proceeding entered into by the Company on 30 November 2009. It follows the near unanimous approval of Technicolor's restructuring plan by all creditors' committees on 21 and 22 December 2009 and by the Company's shareholders on 27 January 2010.
