BELGIUM-RAIL-ACCIDENT

The Belgian train drivers held a wildcat strike the day after, claiming that poor working conditions were a factor in the rush-hour collision of two trains near Brussels which left 18 people dead Monday in one of the worst rail crashes in Belgian history.
