NIRELAND-BRITAIN-UNREST
The wreckage of a car destroyed by a suspected bomb is pictured outside the front of the Newry courthouse in Newry, Northern Ireland, on February 23, 2010. A huge car bomb exploded outside a Northern Ireland court in an attack blamed on dissident republicans, just weeks after an agreement was finally brokered on devolving sensitive policing powers. Police said it was a "sheer miracle" that no-one was killed or hurt by the bomb, which weighed up to 800 pounds (360 kilograms) in Newry, south of Belfast, which highlights the fragility of peace in the British-ruled province.
