Jana G?nter, daughter of Dieter Krombach, a German cardiologist convicted by abstentia by a French court in 1995 over the death of Kalinka, a 14-year-old girl in 1982, answers journalists' questions on March 3, 2010 at Paris' courthouse, prior to a hearing of the Cour of Cassation, the highest court in the French judiciary, which is to return a verdict as part of the release request of Dieter Krombach. Krombach was brought to French justice after being abducted in Germany. Andre Bamberski, the father of Kalinka, is still on probation for his alleged parcipation in the kidnaping of Dieter Krombach.
