Orthodox Jewish men prepare the Matza, the unleavened bread which will be eaten during the upcoming Jewish holiday of Pesach (Passover), at a bakery in the central Israeli town of Kfar Habad on March 08, 2010. The week-long festival which this year falls end of March commemorates the flight of the ancient Hebrews from Egypt as described in the book of Exodus, when, according to the biblical account, the Jews did not have time to prepare leavened bread before fleeing to the Promised Land.
