The private Mehilainen hospital in Turku, Finland, where Finnish orthopaedic surgeon Sakari Orava operated on the Achilles tendon of British footballer David Beckham, is pictured on March 15, 2010. According to the surgeon the operation went well and Beckham will stay overnight in the hospital. Beckham said he hoped to make a "swift and full recovery" after suffering an Achilles tendon injury that is set to rule the midfielder out of this year's World Cup in South Africa.
