MEXICO-CRIME-ARREST-EL ARNOLD
Jos? Alfredo Soto Arias(R) a.k.a. "El Arnold" is presented by the Mexican Army in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua state, Mexico on March 17, 2010. Soto is suspected of murdering 15 people in January at a student party in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico's most violent city, said Wednesday the state attorney. Four men were identified by others detainees of having participated in the massacre, said the prosecutor of the state of Chihuahua, Patricia Gonzalez. AFP PHOTO
