FINLAND-ECONOMY-TRADE-STRIKE
The manager of Finnish company Multi-Link terminals Dirk van Assendelft works on Multi-Link's container terminal at the Kotka port, in southern Finland on March 18 2010. Kotka Stvedores staged a demonstration the port today after reports that Multi-Link had recruited non-union workers through social networking website Facebook. Multi-Link Terminals says it is planning to load as many Russian lorries as it can with cargo from the port. Many Russian truck drivers have run out of money while waiting for their cargo.
