US stocks were mixed in choppy trading March 18, 2010 after fresh government economic data came nearly within expectations. The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 24.03 points (0.22 percent) to 10,757.70, extending a seven-session winning streak that took the blue-chip index to around 17-month highs.
